Hi I’m Ellie, welcome and thanks so much for visiting my page!

I’m here to educate and inspire you to enjoy exercise and take care of your wellbeing so that you have all the physical energy and mental strength you need to enjoy life!

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years. I used to work in an office in the City and was a young mum putting lots of pressure on myself and trying to juggle a million and one things. I didn’t take care of myself and became burnt out, physically and mentally. That’s when I knew I had to make a change. Exercise literally saved me in many ways and has had such a positive impact on my life.

That is why my mission is for you to change your mindset about training, by getting results and building confidence in how your body performs as well as how it looks.

Physically, mentally, spiritually.

I use a variety of high energy cardio, weight lifting, boxing, stretching, meditation and wellbeing coaching to keep your training interesting, effective and exciting for you.

This means less time wasted working out aimlessly and a more enjoyable, challenging fitness regime. It will also give you a sense of achievement and confidence.

Ferne’s Story.

Ferne came to me over 5 years ago wanting to get results and really change her body. I knew that I could help change her all or nothing attitude to training and help her make it part of her life by using a method of training which she enjoyed and was sustainable.

We worked together using a combination of weight training, body weight moves, boxing and HIIT to give her the lean and sculpted shape she now has. I also continued to train Ferne throughout her pregnancy, to ensure she stayed fit and strong and was able to return to training.

Ferne is a testament to hard work and consistency, making exercise and good nutrition part of her lifestyle. She doesn’t just look great, but is stronger both mentally and physically.

Billie’s Story.

Billie began working with me after seeing Ferne’s results and chatting with me about how important exercise is for managing her stress too!

She wanted to get in shape for her hen do and subsequent wedding in 2019. We worked together 3 times per week for about 8 weeks, using a combination of weight training and HIIT. We also focused on strengthening her core.

She loves the feeling that working out gives her physically and mentally and making time to focus on herself in the gym has worked wonders!

Billie achieved great results and continues to implement working out with me to maintain a lean and toned look.

Danni’s Story.

Danielle began training with me in January 2019 in preparation for her appearance on the Full Monty show for - no better motivation than that!

Dan had already changed her nutrition through Herbalife, but she wanted to step up her training to achieve a toned, lean look, so we worked together for 12 weeks to transform her body and she looked amazing!

We are now working together again to strengthen and transform her body after giving birth to her beautiful baby girl.

Danielle understands the importance of exercise combined with a healthy nutritious diet and positive mindset to keep her looking fit and fabulous and giving her all the energy she needs.
